📌 BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

All services provided by Purposeful Path Media Group and Ernsie Fidelia are by appointment only.

Full payment or a required deposit must be made before any service is rendered Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Payments secure your time, preparation, resources, and professional expertise. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.

Failure to submit payment will result in automatic cancellation of the requested service or consultation.

🔄 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We value your time and ours. Please review carefully:

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made

at least 48 hours in advance

of your scheduled appointment.

One (1) courtesy reschedule may be granted at the discretion of Purposeful Path Media Group.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will

forfeit all payments.

No-shows

will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled or refunded.🚫 NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the nature of consulting, coaching, speaking, publishing, media, and digital services:

No refunds will be issued for: Missed appointments Late cancellations Completed or partially completed services Digital products, publications, or downloads Coaching programs, consultations, or speaking engagements Payments reflect time reserved, preparation, strategy, and intellectual property.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

💬 CONSULTATION POLICY

Consultations are designed to provide clarity, direction, and professional insight.

Consultations are time-based

and begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time. Consultations are non-transferable.

Advice provided is based on professional experience and does not guarantee specific outcomes. Continued services may require a signed agreement and additional payment.

Consultations are not free strategy sessions and do not include implementation unless otherwise stated.

🛍️ VENDOR & COLLABORATION POLICY

All vendors, collaborators, advertisers, and partners must:

Submit required documentation and payment by stated deadlines. Understand that placement, promotion, or participation is

not guaranteed until payment is received. Agree that all vendor fees are

non refundable.

Comply with brand standards, deadlines, and submission guidelines.

Failure to meet requirements may result in removal without refund.

📖 PUBLISHING & MEDIA SERVICES POLICY

For publishing, magazine features, media placement, or promotional services:

Content must be original and free of copyright violations. Purposeful Path Media Group reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove content that does not align with brand values. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary. No guarantees are made regarding sales, exposure, or audience reach.

Right TO REFUSE SERVICE

Purposeful Path Media Group and Ernsie Fidelia reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that is:

Disrespectful Abusive Dishonest Misaligned with the mission, values, or integrity of the brand✅ AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking, purchasing, or engaging in services with Purposeful Path Media Group or Ernsie Fidelia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
